I've ordered from this company twice over the past month. One of the orders never arrived, and the other has now been delayed and i now have no faith that the package will actually arrive. Especially since they've provided inconsistent customer service policies on both of these orders. Decent soil. Terrible shipping and customer service

I've been ordering all my soil aggregate from Bonsai Jack over the past year. It is sifted and washed saving hours of time. Thank you so much. I really appreciate your business

Excellence in Bonsai...

After a recommendation by a friend, I purchased a 3.5 gallon bag and switched all of my remaining succulents into new pots with this growing medium. I waited 3 weeks to write a review, because I didn't want to compliment them on the delivery (weird thing to compliment a company about...) This stuff is good. My plants are loving it, already got a few pups poppin'. I'm glad, and my plants are much relieved, that this helps them be happy and stops me from drowning them.
